The display is only one part. Include transducer, black box or sonar module, mapping, networking, mounts, cable runs, battery capacity, installation labor, and future expansion.
Choose ecosystem before screen size
Garmin, Lowrance, Humminbird, trolling motors, shallow-water anchors, radar, and engine data can interact differently. Decide what must communicate before choosing a display.
Live sonar requires skill
